| Frequency of the Board Meetings and Academic Advisory Body - 02 Organizational chart and processes - enclosed Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements Faculty is involved in finalizing the calendar of activities in institution. They are also conducting internal examination etc. They are exclusively involved in development of labs and workshops as well as the teaching methodology. Students have their advisory body Gymkhana consisting of the excellent students for all activities of the college. Their suggestions are implemented. Every class has a Representative council of 6- students ( 2-topper , 2- average and 2- weak students) who interact with the teachers, HODs & Principal regarding various problems including teaching and others. Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance The governing board though its Chairman decides the major policies and prepare the budget for meeting the target set by them. Principal is the Chief executive of the college for carrying out the policies. For academic purpose the committee consisting of HODs, Librarian meets regularly. For all other functions there are committees, eg. Library committee, Exam. committee, T & P committee Proctorial Board and Anti Harassment Committee.
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/Faculty Performance Regular mechanism for taking students feedback in academic matters exists. The feedback is used for advising the teachers in improving their quality of institutions. Apart from regular pay, teachers are entitled for incentive schemes. This incentive scheme also includes regular feedback from students, sincerity in taking classes and performance of students. Gymkhana is the advisory body of students on governance.
