Prof. M. Mustafa, Ph. D from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Started his teaching career from Jamia Millia Islamia in 1970. He took the initiative of starting teaching of Commerce and Management and founder of the Department of Commerce and Business Studies in Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi. There are seven reference books in the area of Management to his credit. Thirty five research scholars from India, Bangladesh, Yemen and Iraq got their Ph. D. Degree under his supervision an guidance. He has published thirty two research papers in the reputed National and International Journals. He has also participated in twenty National and International Seminars / Conferences / Symposia. Fifteen research scholars are still pursuing their research work under his supervision and guidance for their Ph. D. degree. He has been delivering lectures at various. universities and professional as well as academic organizations within the country and abroad. Prof. Mustafa is UGC nominee on the governing body of government autonomous PG college, Bilaspur (CG) for a period of six year i.e. from 2005 - 2006 to 2011 - 2012. He has been appointed subject expert on the board of studies Commerce and Management of Nagaland University for a period of three years i.e. from 2008 to 2011. He is adjunct professor in the Department of Management Studies, Jamia Hamdard (Hamdard University), New Delhi. He has also been appointed visiting Professor under UGC scheme in the Department of Managemrnt associated with several other universities in various capacities for a long time.
